Justice Hoo Sheau Peng

Justice Hoo Sheau Peng was appointed Judicial Commissioner on 30 September 2014 and a High Court Judge on 30 September 2017.

In 1993, Justice Hoo began her career as a Justices’ Law Clerk of the Supreme Court.

From 1996 to 1998, she served as an Assistant Registrar of the Supreme Court, and then joined the Subordinate Courts as a District Judge. From 2008 to 2011, she was appointed as a Principal District Judge and the Registrar of the Subordinate Courts. From 2011 to 2014, Justice Hoo served as Deputy Chief Counsel (Advisory and Administration) of the Civil Division of the Attorney- General’s Chambers. Concurrently, she was appointed as the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Singapore Legal Service.
